Pleasing Dance School of Ballet

 Fees should be received by the School by the date noted on the invoice, any late payment may be subject to a surcharge. 

All Fees are non-refundable. 

Fees cover one full term. Discounts or refunds will not be given for classes missed by the pupil. In these circumstances the School will attempt to arrange for the pupil to attend another lesson but this cannot be guarnteeed.

If the teacher is unavailable to give any scheduled class, and a supply teacher cannot be arranged, the class will be carried forward to another date. If this is not possible, any fee already paid for the scheduled class will be refunded. If any venue is closed due to circumstances beyond our control a alternative day will be offered.

Pupils wishing to discontinue their classes at the School must give a half term's notice in writing, otherwise a half term's fees will be charged.

The School should be notified of any change in contact details.

The School may wish to take photos or videos of our students for the website, flyers and future productions. Please let us know if you would not like your child to be included in this

Parents are not permitted to watch the classes expect at a trial lesson as this can be distracting for Pupils. Parents will have the opportunity to watch their children during end of term Presentation classes
